Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While visiting cities and countries, I want to know people better in each place, rather than merely being there abstracted as a tourist

Interests

I like to spend my time outdoors mostly, hanging out with friends, biking or trying myself in new activities. When I feel myself inspired, I draw portraits, play Dombra (Kazakh national instrument) or just listen to music. I also like to have an intellectual debate about any contentious issue, as long as it is respectful from both sides and brings emotional as well as intellectual satisfaction to all parties. This is partly why I like philosophy.
