ABOUT ME

Hey! I am from a city called Fort Worth, Texas. Zeke is from Utica, New York. Now we live in the best city we know, New Orleans.

Random things about me: I like to learn and live the best that I can. I want to be a healer. I like bugs, animals, gardening, star wars, herbalism, meditation, and cooking. I eat local and organic whenever I can afford it and have started eating meat after 15 years of vegetarianism. I practice yoga. Not into drugs but do enjoy an occasional drink or so. Sometimes I'm shy and sometimes I don't shut up. My favorite food is anything with curry. I read books a lot. And I am silly!

I have couchsurfed a bit and now my fiance and I are finally in a good living situation and ready to give back by offering a couch to weary and well-rested travelers. Just let me know!

Music, Movies, and Books

The Labyrinth, Star Wars, and Harold and Muade are my favorite movies. For music, I like various everything including Hurray for the Riff Raff, Decemberists, Neil Young, Louis Armstrong. I love books. The Hobbit is my fave.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time, a couple years ago, my back yard was full of pink tents. And Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were having a party. And Jerry Lee Lewis was singing Great Balls of Fire though he looked like he was about to keel over. And I was drunk on expensive wine. And this was the lower 9th ward. And this was not a dream!
