ABOUT ME

First and foremost, I don't know what to say firstly and foremostly. I don't think it matters anyway.

I was born in Tucson, Arizona. So, yes. I left my home for some California grass. But, you can't go home again.

However, I am no transplant. More like a nomad. I keep moving. In fact, I never went to the same school two years in a row until high school, and since then, never more than two years in a row.

I've got my bachelors in hand. Hopefully getting a job offer soon? To start work in March.

I don't really know what to say about myself in the large-scale, so, like most people, I shall resign to describing myself in terms of my interests.

Ecco finito.

PHILOSOPHY

Ethically, I think it boils down to "Treat other people better than you treat yourself."

Another guiding principle would be, "Would it make a good story? If yes, do it."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've got a spare bed in a spare room, and I do love showing people around the Bay Area. When I can scrape together a little money and a little time off, hopefully I can find some couches of my own to surf.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far, but hopefully this will change soon.

Interests

Let's see. I like going to concerts and shows, and museums. I do a lot of hiking in the hills and forests of the Bay Area. I also read a lot, and study foreign languages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One day I was wandering in Tokyo, decided to follow a crowd of people, went through security, and BAM, practically face to face with the Emperor of Japan. For real.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm pretty good at language learning, and I can give some tips for how to improve your study habits.
