Hmm.., difficult to say but it would be something like: listen carefully and talk openly. Societies are composed of individuals, and stereotyping( which is to form oversimplified conceptions) eventually turns to social complications

Books - I am really not good at stating favourite books. I usually find something to enjoy in almost any book I read. To name a few:
