Till age of 50 I realized that u owe yourself a good equilibre: do sport for your body, have a good family and reliable friend for your soul, read, drink, watch movies, have good conversation for your mind.Remove any deceptive reason that would justify in your mind possible states of gnostic and axiological numbness. Dont lie yourself and you'll be good.
