I am an Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Major at Oregon State University. I love to travel and be active and be outdoors.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I think it's more fun to get to know the locals and make new friends than it is to keep to myself while traveling, and what better way to do that than to couch surf!

I live in Corvallis and I am going to be up at Mt. Hood a LOT this winter. I'd love to have friends in the area with a place that I could crash at when I want to stay for longer than a day.

Intereses

I learned how to snowboard last winter, around January 2017, and now I'm absolutely addicted!

I learned how to scuba dive in 2011 in Oregon, then traveled and worked at a dive shop in Key West over the summer of 2012, and I earned my rescue diver certification in 2013. I've had a little break from scuba diving, but I'm planning on doing more next spring/summer.

I started learning Spanish on my own when I was nine years old. I eventually became fairly fluent by the time I was about 16-17. I'm a bit out of practice, but I still speak Spanish well conversationally. I try to learn a little bit of any language when I get the opportunity and have dabbled in the learning of Chinese and German. I'd speak all the languages if I could!

I have been through a yoga teacher training course, it's been a few years since I've taught, but I still practice. I learned to speak Spanish conversationally. I love learning new languages! I would love to learn to play an instrument, I've worked at guitar and singing some, but I'm not that great at either lol.
I'm an engineering student, so if you need any help with math up to calculus I could help out!

I'd be willing to help clean and cook meals. I drive a Subaru Forester, so I could give rides up to the mountain :)
