ABOUT ME

I am open-minded girl that loves to learn about countries and cultures that are different from my own. I really enjoy meeting new interesting people, sharing moments and experiences, and opening up my own perspective on life by talking to others.
I would say I am a very creative person, that tries to learn from all the little, big, good or bad moments in life.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to learn something new everyday and I try to look at the positive sides of life. This life of ours, it is so short, and who knows what happens after? So why not try to enjoy it to the fullest, and learn from the bad experiences, and share our joy with others?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never used Couchsurfing before, but I have stayed at the couches of "friends of friends", which always have turned out really good!

Interests

Hiking, skiing, playing the piano, playing guitar, singing (mostly for myself), surfing (just started and I love it!), reading good books, learning languages and meeting people and share moments with others.

Music, Movies, and Books

At the moment I have an obsession for the Danish author Jussi-Adler Olsen.

I also think I am in love with the norwegian Jo Nesbø, both as a writer and a musician.

I enjoy different kinds of music, all depending on the mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know where to start, because I've been fortunate to see so many amazing things and places in my (rather short) life!
But hiking the volcano Telíca in Nicaragua and seeing the sunset from the top, followed by seeing the real lava and smelling the svovel was definately one of the most amazing things I've ever seen.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach some basic songs on piano (if anyone has a piano or keyboard), or I could teach a bit guitar. I can also teach you some norwegian, if that is desired!

I love to learn anything new; whether it'd be how to play Backgammon, or how to say "I love you" in Mandaring, I am always open and willing to learn, listen and trying to understand the world we live in!
