Hello there, I am Max.

I have performed in 4 countries and around Australia for the last 5 years
I'm currently working with a production company in Cairns who are bringing an incredible show and their own venue to Perth Fringe.
I’m looking for a cheap place to stay for a few about 3 weeks while I work in the city for the Fringe festival I'm never one to shy away from talking to new people and sharing experiences.
I entertain people for a living so I super appreciate how nice it is for someone to host me and happily share stories and skills with those I stay with,

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing because my poor sweet van will not make it to Perth from far North Queensland.
I'm working the Perth Fringe Festival as a venue technician and part of the Production crew
I'm in need of a safe quiet space close to work so I can shower, eat and sleep while I'm smashing out this festival.

I'm totally happy with a couch, I will be working flat out, a room to myself would be awesome though I don't need much space a closet would do fine.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies all kinds of movies. I don't watch gore or horror as I'll end up leaving every light on in the house.
I listen to a lot of different music like Queen, Greenday, Muse, Deadmau5, The Doors, Nofx, Tinlicker, Nirvana. Basically music. I listen to music

I only really read when I'm on planes. Though I confess I love fantasy and vampire stuff with cringey love and awesome battle scenes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swallowed a sword and didn’t die

Drove 2500kms for a job in a van older than me. (Van is now broken)

Asked some people on the internet if I could stay at their house while I follow my dreams.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share all my knowledge of circus tricks, like how to juggle.

I love cooking so if you have easy recipes I'm keen to buy ingredients and share a meal or two.
Cheese is a bonus I love cheese.

Talking about marine biology, things like jellyfish and such really interest me though I know not much I enjoy the conversation.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My mad cheese toastie skills, juggling, art, philosophy talks and things.
I'm a quiet human. I will bring all my own toilet paper and have no issue cleaning up or helping with chores when I'm not working or sleeping.

Mostly I will be sleeping.

I will be honest I work nights more than anything so me coming home late would be common. Though I am very competent at being stealth like a ninja.
