Hola!

We’re Oha and Giorgia, a queer couple living in Barcelona. We’re traveling together because we love meeting people from different cultures and experiencing places through local perspectives—not just the usual tourist spots.

I’m Oha, originally from Spain. I work as an EMT and I’m training to become a firefighter in the near future. I’m pretty outdoorsy—I enjoy hiking, trying new sports, and being active whenever I can. I’m also into music and play a bit of guitar and piano, though I’m definitely more of an amateur.

Giorgia is Italian and has a natural gift for languages. She currently teaches French at a Catalan school and has studied Chinese at university, and is on the path to becoming a translator. She’s also really into plants, cooking, quiet moments, reading, enjoying music, and noticing the small details in everyday life.

Even though we spend our free time differently, we balance each other well. We both share a curiosity about people and places, and we’re genuinely interested in learning about local cultures by meeting locals themselves.

When we travel, we’re easygoing and respectful guests. We enjoy connecting with hosts and locals—whether that’s sharing a meal, going for a walk, having a good conversation over coffee, or even checking out the local nightlife and grabbing a beer. But we’re also independent and happy to explore on our own if that works best.
