One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In a state of delirium, nauseously vomiting, physically exhausted, head throbbing with pain, shivering in sub zero temperature, going in and out of what seemed like a dream, I surrendered to my fate. Then I saw a bright warm light. The sun was breaking dawn over the horizon. A magnificent site! I had reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. I felt no pain. I was at peace. Tears poured from my eyes. Then froze solid on my face :D
