Sam & John

We are couple who met on Vancouver Island three years ago. We are now engaged and living in our camperized minivan with our two big puppies, Romeo and Loki.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

We are using Couchsurfing to help us with our relocation to Portland, Oregon. We are looking for a nice place to park our home on wheels while we look for permanent accommodations.

Sam is a born and raised Vancouver Islander while John Is a UK citizen with American Permanent Residence.

Interessen

Sam - I love caring for animals and playing ice hockey.

John - I am a passionate performing musician and love working on guitars as a Certified Luthier.

We both love spending time together swimming and hiking with our pups on woodsy trails.

We are huge advocates in portable/tiny home living and a minimalist lifestyle.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

We are open minded to all music, movies and books.

As of now we both love Pink Floyd, Broken Social Scene, Phish, The Cars and many more.

Just a few of our favorite movies/TV shows are anything Batman related, old Adam Sandler flicks and the Supernatural TV series.

More than managing to stay together, happily engaged and in love, in a Minivan, with two massive dogs and passports from two very separate countries.

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

John - I can share musical performances as well as guitar lessons, landscaping and good times. I'm also a dedicated and fast learner, open to help out wherever I can.

Sam - I am experienced in and love caring for dogs. I also love to keep busy and will gladly help around the house/property in any way that I can.
