I am a certified Nordic walking instructor, a travel agent, and a nutrition specialist. I create walking-focused trips where we explore beautiful cities on foot, feel the rhythm of a place, and take care of our personal well-being.

I am a positive and active person. I enjoy slow travel, long walks, conversations, and discovering cities through people rather than only sightseeing. I love music, especially jazz, and live cultural events.

As a nutrition specialist, I support people in improving their health through lifestyle, movement, and mindful daily habits. I am not a medical professional, but I work with everyday routines, balance, and self-care.

I travel independently, take responsibility for myself, and respect other people’s personal space. By nature, I am calm, open-minded, and attentive to the space I share with others.
