About Me
Hi, we are Ola and Wiktor!
---
Hi! I'm Ola, I have joined Coachsurfing because my friend and I have won the interrail pass. That means we were traveling a lot last summer and were trying to find as many accommodations with local people as possible! :))
I study Biotechnology at the University of Warsaw. In my free time I develop my skills in playing the guitar and programming in Python. I
I am in fact a student, but I swear I am not stereotypical party animal. If you decide to host me, I will be extremely grateful and unobtrusive. Although, if you want to hang out and show me around, I am in! Evenings in bars after sightseeing marathons are one of the best things about travelling and a way to exchange our experiences.

Helloo everyone, I'm Wiktor!
I study law and philosophy at the University of Warsaw. Currently on Erasmus :)
I joined Couchsuring in 2022 because of our Interrail trip - we've been hosted in several countries, that was a great trip!
After that I had been on an Erasmus in Groningen and for this year (2025/2026) I'm on another Erasmus - this time in Budapest!
Because I'm renting a room, I can host someone. Great location - 7th district - heart of night life, every Budapest attraction in max. 20 minutes by public transport (tram, bus, trolleybus and metro nearby).
I love going for a walks, grabbing a coffee or tea, going to the cinema, theatre and opera. I'm interested in history, fashion, architecture and many other "humanistic" stuff.

See you soon! (hopefully)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
You can't find a better tour guide than a local :)
Unfortunately, I don't host, because I live with my parents, and they don't agree to share their home to others :(
Interests
As I wrote, I'm a biotechnology student, so if your interests are in the same field, I can see us getting along! Also, my friends study cognitive science, law and managment.
- coffee
- roller skating
- biotechnology
- guitar playing
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Pixies, the Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, Rammstein.
Books: All the Dostoyevski's pieces, Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harrari, all the Camus work (especially the Fall and the Stranger), a Man who mistook his wife with a hat, Other minds (truly amazing books about a brain of an octopus.
Movies: I don't watch them often as I am much more of a theathre fan. Cheap spectacles for students are my thing lately. I always have my tickets bught to at least two shows in advance.
..... buuuut it was a movie category, so: Twelve Angry Man and Primal Fear are my favorites of all time! I also enjoyed Parasite and Blade Runner. As you can tell - a mix between psychological and futuristic movies :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Visiting the Burj Khalifa top floor was the scariest,
Grand Canyon was the most breathtaking (I had a chance to fly above it in helicopter),
Aaah, I can't decide one, I need to brag about seeing wildlife throughout the jeep window on Safari in Kenya :~Pp
Teach, Learn, Share
When it comes to my skills, I could offer a solid help in math to your kid. I could also share some of my guitar skills but they would probably be more useful for beginners :). On the other hand, if you're more advanced than me, I would gladly learn together.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cooking together, a cleaning help and great conversations I believe :)
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kenya, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States, Viet Nam
