Hello there! I'm Ola (Aleksandra is my full name) and I'm 25. I'm an enthusiastic, open-minded person, passionate about living my life to the fullest and discovering the world. I'm keen on dancing, especially modern jazz. I'm really into neuro-dietetics and psychology. This year I'll finish my bachelor degree in Human Nutrition at Silesian Medical University in Katowice. I'm as well a personal trainer and a zumba instructor.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've created my own modern jazz choreography that has been accepted by the university I applied to. I've managed to show my story and emotions through this piece of dance which I'm extremely happy of. It was a huge step for me as a dancer. I've also managed to overcome depression disorder last year which gave me loads of strength and happiness that I'd like to share with other people.
As a zumba instructor I make my students feel better when they're down and share my happiness with them. That's extremely fullfilling.

If anyone would like me to share my knowledge, I'm happy to help. I'm not a teacher, though, but I think I can teach you english or polish or some dancing skills. I can also give some advice about nutrition and training.
