We're a young married couple who like meeting new people and having guests. We spend most of our time listening to music,talking about music,reading, watching cartoons, cooking and trying to spot bats in our local park.

We listen to all kinds of music, from classical to hip hop. Our favourite artists are Talking Heads, Sly and the Family Stone, The Smiths, The Beatles, A Tribe Called Quest, Erykah Badu, Regina Spektor, David Bowie, PJ Harvey, Mahmoud Ahmed, Billie Holliday, Fiona Apple, Jean Sibelius, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Edward Elgar, Sergei Prokofiev, Dave Brubeck... and many more.

Our favourite writers include Kurt Vonnegut, John Steinbeck, Tennessee Williams, Nick Hornby, Roddy Doyle, John Irving, Haruki Murakami, Zadie Smith, Ian McEwan, Stanislaw Lem.

We like films by Billy Wilder, Alfred Hitchcock, Roman Polanski, Woody Allen plus a lot of really old films (including all starring Hedy Lamarr or Cary Grant).
