Hello "couchsurfing" community! My name is Oleh. I live in the beautiful city of Lviv, that is sprawled in western part of Ukraine. I moved here for work 2 years ago from the small town of Lutsk where I was born and grown. It was also there I got my Bachelor's degree.

I am calm and friendly person. What I like to do is play basketball, listen to music, walk around, hang out with friends and travel. I like to chat with people, however how much I get involved depends on the topic and the people themselves. Having an honest conversation is the most valuable part of communication for me.

Currently, I'm working as a web developer. IT and programming are the things that I'm passionate about. I've been working on different projects starting from educational games and ending with BI analysis for 5 years now. Lviv gives many opportunities for those who are involved in IT world. Furthermore, it is pretty good city to live in. One thing that most people hate is traffic here.There are a lot of commuters who get to their destination whether it's a university or work.
Anyway I love being there!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to be closer to the people of a country I visit, so to say "to live in someone's shoes for a while". I think it's a good way to begin such kind of relationship that will be productive and valuable for both host and surf. I do really hope to fullfill my expectations with help of couchsurfing community.
