if you want to have shiny and healthy hair avoid this in your shampoo/conditioner: - everything with "icone" ending
- PEG or PPG
- everything with "Sulfate" ending
- and bad alcohols like denat, benzyl, etanol, isoprophyl
(good alcohols: cetyl, stearyl, mistryl, palm, decyl)
