Hello!!!
My name is Olesia and my native place is a little city in west part of Ukraine but now I'n living in The Netherlands.

Not so long time ago I fell in love with traveling. So now I'm a typical person with a backpack, a toy-traveller, a little bit of money in my pockets and a lots of dreams. One of them is to see as much as possible and to discover all beauty of this world. And little by little I'm trying make this dream come true=)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

First time I used couchsurfing during my EVS project in Lithuania. My flatmate and I hosted travellers from Poland, Spain, New Zealand and surfed also in Poland and Belgium. It was a great experience and good time together with new people. I really appreciate this exchanging of ideas and thoughts, new dishes and drinks. Really good way to feel yourself as local.

兴趣

In general my main passions are traveling and languages because they are a great mix which can be very useful in life. My mother tongue is Ukrainian and I also speak Russian, English. Now I'm trying to study French. I really like this language even with her complicated pronunciation.
I'm also interested in yoga and vegetarian lifestyle.
International vegetarian dishes and recipes.
Discovering different religious and philosophy of other nations.
Nature. I think that the nature is one of the most amazing masterpiece in our world and to see as much as possible is my dream.
Backpacking and hitchhiking.
Losing my way on the streets of new cities. Old architecture, hidden places, empty coasts of seas, and mountains.
Photography is other my little hobby so wherever I go my Canon always with me.

音乐、电影和书籍

I like to open new things!
So I'm not sure if what I writing now will be my favourite in next months too. But if you show me really good stuff I will be only glad!
That why it better to say in general.
I like light and cheerful music sometimes with national motives, sometimes I prefer something more harder. I like music festivals, live concerts and just simple performances on a street.
As for other I like more classical literature and movies.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I think is too early to speak about something like "one in my life" because everything is just starting=)) Something like tattoos, volunteering, hitchhiking, rainbow gathering are already usual staff for many people.

Except accommodation I can share with you my experience. All about Lithuania and Baltic states. After 8 months there now I feel myself little bit like a local. I can teach how to cook strange cold pink soup, tell where the best place for hitchhiking and how to spend great time here.

Now I'm discovering Netherlands.
