ABOUT ME

Who am I? Thats a tough nut to crack. The most reasonable answer I have been able to find is that I am a fraction of the big, universal consciousness, or what ever you call it. And the only thing that limit the extent of my being is my fear. The bottom line is, WE ARE AMAZING!

So now you know what I sound like when I am reasonable :-)

Breath and observe. The rest will take care of itself.

Intereses

I enjoy focusing my time and energy towards meditation, yoga, qigong. Lately shamanism have allso entered my reportoar.

Allso cooking is very close to my heart, and I have worked with many different diets. I love to work with restrictions in cooking, since I find it to enhance creativity.

Wow, this is a cool field!

I am very interested in learning, teaching, sharing and EXPERIENCING the point where dualities meet. I believe that is one of the few things in general we could strive for that is both powerful and sustainable. The point where emotions and logic meet. When the physical world and the metaphysical world meets. The past and the future...

As far as I am concerned there are two ways of dualities to meet. Through compromise or love. A compromise would be the way of meeting where both poles are a little "fake", in fear of repelling the other. Like doing what it think is expected and in the process forgetting who and what it is. When dualities meet through love on the other hand, magic might occur. The world WILL change - if just a little each time. And we realize a new piece of who we are, why we are here and what we are capable of doing.
