You are welcome to learn some basic Russian or Ukrainian phrases if you are going to travel there. I can tell a lot about Slavic culture, as I am into folk dancing and singing. We also can discuss feminism/politics/languages, if you are interested in.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am ready to tell you whatever you want about Russian and Ukrainian cultures, show some essential movies/cartoons, recommend best places to visit, and even cook national cuisine:) I would be glad to spend some time singing or dancing, if you have time.

I have not had a lot of couchserfing experience yet, but I have lived in dormitories, so I know how it is to be a good roommate. I always try to respect others' privacy and to not bother people.
