About Me

My name is Mila and I am 20 years old. After school I worked for 13 months in an apartment house in Berlin and later in Munich. Since October 2018 I am solo travelling in south east asia. I have been to Singapore, Thailand, (Malaysia) and Indonesia.
Now I am currently hitchhiking with a good friend in Germany.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While my travel I mostly lived in hostels. So, I love to meet new people and listen to the stories of them. Actually I prefere living in shared rooms in hostels than in private rooms in hotels. :) I hope I can get to know some more people through couchsurfing.

Interests

I was born in a family full of musicians so I was surrounded by music my whole life. My main instrument is the saxophon but I also like to play ukulele, piano and others. I studied in a music high school and sang in a choir for eight years. During my last high school years I developed an insterest in minimalism and tried to reduce my waste. Minimalism works out great but unfortunately I am far away from living a wasteless life ecspecially during travelling.
As my parents were vegetarians I was also raised being a vegetarian. At the age of 15 me and my family turned vegan. My parents are still vegans but I switched back to vegetarianism after three years of missing cheese. XD
