COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never hosted anyone, however, being able to surf made me love CS concept even more than I previously expected. Having opportunity to meet so amazing local people wouldn't be possible without that.

兴趣

Music. Frankly, can't imagine my life without that. Singing. Singing. Singing. Currently doing it as a hobby playing and singing some covers with my lovely little acoustic band. Some busking is yet to come!

I do love, I absolutely do love learning languages and I wish I had more time for that. Nothing better than studying hard and having this first unforgettable contact with the people speaking that language and being able to understand them , being able to be part of them somehow, no longer being a tourist in one country and most important, being able to meet local people and their customs , their stories in a profound way ( emphasizing the ones, mainly elderly people that do not speak English but often have such amazing things to share with ).

Travelling. Well, I guess it is obvious here.

Sport (snowboarding, biking, swimming, running among others). Active life. Challenge. Risk. Effort that is included in a sport. Strong will. Overcoming my own fears.

Hitchhiking. Feeling of freedom. Belief in kindness of strangers.

音乐、电影和书籍

Mostly rock music ( well, some people consider U2 rather pop rock group ,anyway, this is my favorite group; Pearl Jam is also the band I do like a lot) but recently it has been changing somewhat and kinda extending so I could say I do like all kinds of music little by little. I love discovering new music and as long as I consider it interesting and good quality stuff I am open for new artists and sounds :)I do love live sessions ( mostly jazz ones ) and try my best to see it in every city I travel to as I find it a perfect opportunity to discover local sound and a bit of culture that is usually unknown for a typical tourist following the "things to see" list:)

I cannot consider Charlie Chaplin's "The Great Dicator" movie script a book but well, the final speech written by him makes him a genius in my opinion. And I do recommend it to everyone in this world as even though it was released in 1940 there is no better time than now to spread it to the people. It is pure masterwork.

When it comes to movies the ones I like most are those with Tom Hanks as a main character. Same story as with music, I like discovering new things and I am not limited to just one kind of movies, I just like the ones that have an impact on me somewhat, make me wonder. But it does not mean I cannot watch a good and relaxing comedy sometimes:)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I find all my autostop stories amazing. Hard to distinguish some specific amazing things as I do consider LIFE an amazing thing and PEOPLE as a part of it. Appreciating every single moment is what I am trying to do, no matter where I am on the planet at the time;)
