ABOUT ME
Hello!
My name is Olivia or Liv, 26 and german
I live in London, work in the music industry and as a nanny for autistic twins with an immun disorder - as you can see those are two completely different jobs and I'm working about 10-12 hours a day.
If I do can manage both jobs and take some time off (which happens usually every 12 months) I love to travel all over the world and to practice sport (boxing/soccer/running). I actually run my third half marathon May 19th 2019 in London and beat the time of my 2016-race by 19 minutes. New record is 2.11 hours which I'm proud of.
I'm open minded, i like to meet new people and to have some fun times with them. You're welcome to meet me and i would love to learn more about other traditions, food, music and all kinds of interests.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I want to get in contact with people from all over the world. I'd like to meet other traditions and types of living.
As everyone I would like to travel the world. And the best way to do it is with people who have the same dreams / ideas.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've couchsurfed in England, Toronto, Aalborg, San Francisco and Brooklyn by now and have met up with some other Couchsurfers in Hamburg and London. Those days did change my life! I really like the fact that you can learn about other peoples life, philosophies and cultures. Plus you will see the city from the eyes of a foreign.

Music, Movies, and Books
Well I wanted to be a director or work in the music industry and it's hard for me to find an amazing movie, because I do have loads to say about scenes and stuff in every single film...
But in the end I have achieved my "goal" and I do write articles about musicians on a daily basis (bigfm.de).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I traveled to Sicily/Catania in May 2013. We made an Etna-tour (the awesome huge vulcan? :P). That was sooo amazing. We drove up to 2100 meter and walked on the snow-vulcan-ground. It was so cold, but the sun was shining and the ground was so warm. So we sat down and took a look at the great view. After that our leader told us that it would be difficult to get down without a car. We laught. haha. But it was more than difficult.
We travelled up to over 1000 above sea level, went through snow, fog and sunshine. At the end we had the best trip of our entire lifes!!! You should do that once in your life
Teach, Learn, Share
I think you can always learn things. Even if they are good or bad ...
Sharing stories and thoughts can be hard sometimes, but it might lighten up someones day and that's why it is worth to be open minded and speak to people you have never met before.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my personality, the adventures I have experienced and I love to cook (GERMAN FOOD wooho!)
It is always nice to spend time with the hosts, sit down for a lovely dinner and talk about everything.
