Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My only couchsurfing experience so far has been accounts from other people. Everyone that I have spoken to about it raves about it so much, I thought it was essential I joined the movement.
Interests
What I enjoy most when I am at home is sharing a laugh with close friends, going surfing and kicking back with my girlfriend. I live very close to the ocean which enables me to maintain an active lifestyle, and keep life diverse and ineresting. I love skiing, and have been to some amazing places in the America's and Europe.
Travelling is no doubt one of my major interests and when I am on the road I love photography and meeting new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One moment happened only a few months ago when i was in Guatemala with my parents. We were at Tikal National Park which is famous for its amazing Mayan ruins. Just by luck, the night we were there also happened to be the night of the 'super moon' - when the full moon appears the largest to the naked eye for the entire year. So we went in to the National Park that night, and sat on top of an ancient pyramid and watched the sun set, and waited for the moon to rise. The moon rose over the jungle and illuminated other pyramids in the park. It was truly amazing.
That was a spiritual moment. A year earlier however i did something i had never done before by skiing off a frozen waterfall. It was essentially a 40ft cliff, cushioned by a meter or so of fresh snow. One of the most awesome things I have ever done.
