ABOUT ME

We have been living & working in the Lake District for 4 years. I work for The Outward Bound Trust at the Head Office in Hackthorpe - I help Scottish schools & colleges arrange courses for their young people. (www.outwardbound.org.uk)

PHILOSOPHY

This is always changing as I develop and grow as a person - for now I am liking this one:

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Inactive over the past couple of years, other then offering advice on the Lake District. Whilst living in Fort William I met up with a couple of CSers for drinks.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have taken part in CS get togethers in Helsinki, Edinburgh, Delhi, Goa, Hamburg, Cape Town & Fort William - all great, positive life experiences!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Having spent 5 years on cruise ships sailing almost all of the "7 seas" I have been fortunate to see many amazing places - out of all the places though I have been to Machu Picchu, the Giza Pyramids and more recently the Taj Mahal were truly amazing. Having said that I am almost more happy at a local market experienceing the sights, sounds and smells - great for keeping the senses working.

I have traveled extensively either independently or through work and so I am always happy to share or help with any questions.
I am happy to share my eperiences with yoga and meditation, even though they relatively new to me. And I have been told I am a good cook, so always up for experimenting and sharing cooking tips!
I can now share a Champissage (Indian Head Massage) having recently qualified.
I am always looking to learn more about myself & how to live life to the fullest.
