Hey! My name is Olivia and I’m a half-Argentinian half-Kiwi environmental scientist. I’ve lived in New Zealand for just over three years now but I’m still hungry for adventure and to see the beautiful sights this country has to offer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved to the other side of the world by myself to pursue my aspiration of becoming a scientist. And here I am, a few years later living the dream!
In 2017 I decided to travel to Thailand for a few months and ended up working in conservation education and at a turtle conservation center.

Coming from a family of chefs, I love cooking and learning new recpies as well as sharing some of my own. I’m also interested in learning about farming and sustainable food production.
