I'm an English teacher traveling the world, making friends, and learning about different cultures.

Right now, I'm an au pair in Pontevedra, Galicia and a student at University of Vigo and I'm loving life in Spain!

I've wanted to learn Spanish for a long time, but learning in a classroom wasn't enough for me. I'm learning something new every day!

When I travel, I like to stay in one country for a long time to get to know the area, try new foods, and meet locals in the places I travel. Please accept me into your home!

Interests

I'm vegetarian, but I eat a little bit of fish now because seafood is so prominent in Galicia. I would try the meat too (beef, chicken, pork, lamb) but it would make my stomach hurt :(

If you like Latin dancing (salsa, bachata, merengue) and you know of a nice social dancing spot, I'd love to go with you! I've not learned how to dance zouk or kizomba, but I'd like to learn.

I love K-pop, classical, metal, chillstep, electro swing, and much more. I'll listen to just about anything!

I love YA novels like Six of Crows, The Raven Boys, Carry On, and The Sun is Also a Star. I'm working on my own novel right now!

My favorite movies are Whiplash, Lola Rennt, and Lord of the Rings.

My favorite shows are Avatar the Last Airbender, Death Note, Fullmetal Alchemist, Nathan for You, Rick and Morty, and American Dad.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left my government job to travel the world and teach English. Since then, I've taught over 5000 students in South Korea, I've lived on four continents, and I've never looked back!
