Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really want to get a local look at a city I'm visiting by staying with a host. Learning about new cultures is so interesting to me and couchsurfing offers such a unique way to learn about a new city and to meet new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite books would have to be ones I grew up reading like Harry Potter and The Chronicles of Narnia, I also really love Heidi, it's such a beautiful and simple story.
I love watching movies and TV shows so I have many I could list, if I had to pick a few it would be Grease, Fantasic Mr Fox, Man from U.N.C.L.E, Brekfast at Tiffanys and many Disney movies :)
I listen to a lot of different music and I find music is a personal thing but I have been enjoying listening to German music as I'm starting to learn more and more, artists like AnnenMayKantereit and Wincent Weiss and am particulartly liking right now. English-speaking artists I like include Lana Del Rey, Fleetwood Mac, Paper Kites, Maggie Rogers and Ed Sheeran :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe moving to the other side of the world, away from my friends and family, at 18 to become an Au Pair?
