我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I want to re-start to travel the "old-school-way" - I want to meet new interesting, open-minded and friendly people who care to share their culture and country with me, hopefully show and teach me some things I did not know before or would never have thought of trying out :) Sitting lonely in the lounge of a hotel/hostel, swiping through facebook and instagram does not make me happy ;) It makes me happy to talk, communicate and be in the presence of others :)

Books, oh books..I cannot pass a bookshop without grabbing something that interests me. And I am not traveling without a book ;) Current read: "Schweben"/J.T. Ernst

I like French movies, subtle movies, sensitive movies, with human interest at their heart. I find it always very difficult to name one movie and then having your taste in movies being jugded according to that, so I'd prefer to to talk about every movie which touched me in its own specific way~ but better in person ;)

As I am studying to become a teacher I'd say it's natural for me to talk about my experiences, my values, my view on the world, my take on politics and social interactions. I try to be as open minded but at the same time as straight as possible about my opinions ~ and I love to have a good discussion about everything related to the mentioned above! :)
