ABOUT ME

I am bookish, great with kids, and enjoy adventures. I am happiest when I am exploring a new place, drinking a warm cup of tea, or talking with friends. I am currently a preschool teacher, and I'm studying to become an elementary school teacher. I love Jesus and work part time at a church on beautiful Whidbey Island, WA.

Intereses

I spend a lot of my time reading, praying, drinking coffee, being with lovely people, writing, and playing pretend with kids. I get really into a TV show and end up watching a whole season in one sitting on Netflix.

Music: Beatles, Dean Martin, Mumford and Sons, Ella Fitzgerald, Jon Foreman...
Movies: anything BBC related. If they are in period-costumes and speak in British accents and it lasts for over four hours count me in.
Books: Bible, classics (anything Bronte, Austen, Dickens, Verne, Tolkien, etc.), Harry Potter (it is my generation), and sometimes a good trashy fluffy novel.

Currently spending the summer in Europe helping churches as a short term missionary.
Any sort of nature experience blows my mind! I consider anywhere beautiful and out of doors to be my favorite place of worship.
