I'm a "real Parisian" :-). I lived in Rome for finish my research for my master on the sets of sculpted gardens in Roman antiquity.
I had a thunderbolt to the Eternal City. And I would like definitely moving there, especially since Paris I do not miss at all ;-) but Paris will be always Paris and it's too difficult to leave her!
Say "carpe diem" would be too easy, yet it's exactly that because life goes so fast!
