I want to meet as many locals in new cities as I can, and meet up with other backpackers along my travels! It helps get the most authentic experience.

ABOUT ME

I have lived in NYC, Barcelona, Bali, Sydney and Melbourne and am such a people person. The world has been my best teacher. I love meeting other people and learning about other cultures - trying new foods, swapping funny stories - anything and everything to understand our nuances and yet we all share so many similarities too.

I can definitely meet up for coffee or dinner!

Even though I am not home, I can recommend good places to go in my city (NYC). I want to make a lot of new friends through this experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have CouchSurfed a few times in Poland, Turkey, Germany and Taiwan just to name a few. I also love going to Meet Ups in new cities and have hosted people in NYC a few times. But I haven’t been home in a while.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went zip lining in the Costa Rican rainforest after a week of community service.
I went on a press trip as a journalist to cover a festival in Borneo, Malaysia.
I spontaneously picked up and moved to Australia with just my backpack.
I’ve gotten a tattoo on every continent except Antarctica and definitely still have plans to do that..somehow 😊
