Overview
About Me
Currently I study history in Montreal but this doesn’t mean that I prefer books to real people ! In fact I’m very interested in discovering and trying new things, getting out of my “comfort zone” which may explain my love for traveling.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love the idea of couchsurfing for many reasons: it gives the chance to meet locals, to meet new people and to learn about them. Also living on a student income is a key factor since couchsurfing offers one of the cheapest ways to travel.
Interests
I have many interests: sports (I love soccer, basketball, tennis, table tennis), board games, politics, philosophy, history, books, travel, cooking, meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books
I’m not a big listener of music even if I enjoy some underground French rap (Misa, Lucio Bukowski, DF et Cerk, 1995). Usually a prefer listen to the music of others, I enjoy most of the style.
American Beauty, Forest Gump, Clic (I was traumatise the first time haha), Das Leben der Anderen (The Lives of Others), Good bye Lenin, Full Metal Jacket, Midnight in Paris
Margaret Atwood (especially the Oryx and Crake trilogy), Umberto Eco, Most of the New Spanish literature (Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Mario Vargas Llosa, Carlos Fuentes), Mikhaïl Boulgakov, Andreï Makine, Albert Camu, Marcel Pagnol.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love to cook (of course, since I am French Canadian) so I would be more than happy to share this passion with you by preparing a meal with you and why not try to reproduce a French Canadian poutine! As someone who cooks of course, I know that dishes will come after, I’ll be happy to clean it. I’m social and would be more than happy to share stories, games, a beer or whatever if you feel so. On the other hand, I have no problem to do my own thing if you prefer.
