First of all, i want to say this: all my 68 references here were confirmed and positive! The system update in october 2015 made a huge mess and disconnected most of our references. I always gave a reference after my surfer left me one, and i always give a reference to my hosts!

I'm Olivier, friends call me "Taf", I was born and grew up in a small city, a 2 hour drive from the south of Paris.

Easy-going, funny (doing my best) and trying to be as tolerant as possible.

Like most people I enjoy travelling and meeting new people, I love speaking and improving my english and i'm curious about other languages.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Do not hesitate to send me last minute or emergency requests, I'm not always available to host, but when I am, It's sometimes easier to say "yes" or "no" at the last moment.

But Please if you do that, check your messages fast, because if I accept a last minute request I need to know fast if you're coming over or not... why? Easy, you're not the only one looking for a place to crash, you're not the only who one could be in trouble right now... ;-)

I also somtimes send invitations to people who have posted open requests when I know I'm free, so don't be surprised if sometime you see me ;-)

And finally books... i don't really read and even if for many people it's a shame, that's how i am, and it doesn't make me feel that much more stupid than average. Anyway maybe i am, but i think we all need "stupid" friends, so if u are surrounded by smart people, i would be proud, honoured and happy to be your new silly friend!
