I'm a very big foodie and I love travelling, that's why I made it my job. I produce cooking shows and I'm publishing books only on food. I've been visiting over 200 Michelin star chefs all around the World but I still have much more to do, the full list is very long :-)
After work, I like going on parties to listen good sound and if I have time during the day, I'm always up for some good cultural activities.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Since more than 10 years I'm doing my job, I've been used to five stars hotels but nothing is more boring than an empty room. I had my first CS experience as a host then as a guest this year and it was a revelation.
There's not better way to socialize and what I hope the most is to visit everybody I'll host and the other way around with people who are kind enough to receive me, but get prepared because Liege is not a quite city at all.

Intereses

Outside of restaurants or parties that you already know, I like playing squash, roller skating, ice skating, running, karate, museums, chess, go, poker, philosophical discussion and after all that wellness to practice or relax .

Música, películas y libros

About music, I'm big fan of pure electro while going out even though I really love a salsa party. And the rest of the day I'm keen on classic, jazz, soul, funk, pop or anything good enough to turn on my mind.
For movies, the list is too long, we'll discuss it when we meet. And I read books only to fall asleep then it takes me a while to finish one.
