About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Discovery

ABOUT ME

I am keen on meeting people from different places, sharing experiences and cultures, having fun with the small misunderstanding that reveal there is still something to be curious about.
I love languages also, always willing to learn new ways of communicating with one other.

Easy going, I have many interests and I appreciate discovering things I never heard about.

PHILOSOPHY

I think the most difficult is to find its own objectives, and not let them be reached too fast because it is during this very trip that the actual interesting things will come up.
That is why I have several goals in life, allowing me to enjoy the way therefore drawn.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I came to CS when traveling in Alaska, where I got real nice experiences.
When was in Rennes, I offered a couch and if possible a tour of the town.

I found quite a nice way to reward my hosts : when travelling I usually take some postcards from my region. It takes no weight and no room, and allows leaving a message about the experience.
Only advantages !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Alaska : instead of hosting me, Nick offered me to attend his show (Hawaiian reggae) before driving me to the airport at 3am!

Scotland : Demian hosted me 4 days until I could find my own flat.

Strasbourg, France : Been hosted for 3 weeks by 6 people, again while I was looking for a flat to rent. Who says CS is not great ?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailing by night is one of my favourite activities. Moon light is perfect when reflected on the dark surface of a moving sea.

Teach, Learn, Share

French cooking of course - with a Brittany colour

I'm a sailing instructor and a robotics teacher, and I love talking about french language and its weird expressions.
