I'm new to couch surfing - but I'm hoping that I can meet lots of new people...and also host people when I'm back in the UK.

For the past 8 years of my life I have been a chef - mostly working in Michelin starred restaurants and pubs. I'm looking to move on from this and become a professional photographer. I enjoy keeping fit, experiencing new cultures and travelling... and I seem to have been blessed with the gift of Dog-whispering.

From travelling around the world, I've been recommended couch surfing by travellers who have said its a great platform to meet new people and explore new places.

I've always enjoyed travelling and exploring - wether that be where I currently live or a new county, country or continent. I also enjoy meeting new people...staying with them in their own countries gives you an insight into their culture far more than hotels/hostels ever could.

I'd also like to return the favour when I'm back in the UK!

When I have time to kill - films and books are a passion of mine...but also, like the rest of the world, Game Of Thrones is a must watch on Sunday evenings.

Into literally all types of music (classical, folk, indie, jazz, heavy metal, drum and bass...but probably not pop.)

I've scuba dived with 3 meter sharks in Dubai in one of the largest aquariums in the world.
I've read a newspaper in the Dead sea in Jordan.
I've seen 3 of the 7 wonders of the modern world - hopefully I will see all 7 in the next couple of years!

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I will always have my camera with me so if you want a photograph of a pet, yourself or a family member that is (slightly) better than your phone - then I might be able to manage that.

Cooking is something that is very easy for me - I would happily cook or join in with some cooking!

I would love to trade stories, travel tips and experiences with people!
