When I visit a new country I always try cooking up some of the most loved national dishes. It's how I take something away with me from the experience, far better then any souvenir I might find along the way.
Since a recipe can always be used again!

Interests

A fan of any kind of board sports. Mostly snow boarding and surfing but the stereotype of all Englishmen love football still lives strong inside of me. Also really enjoy a good bit of banter and since I'm an IT Professional tech talk always goes down pretty well too! :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite type of music is Indie Rock. Also enjoyed watching history documentaries I like to try understand the world I live in but never forget that the history books could only by written in most cases by the victors!
Travel shows are also fascinating to me nothing wrong with taking a bit of inspiration from others on where to go next.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting dropped off by water taxi and sitting on a deserted island just off the coast of Faro, Portugal. Totally alone the beach was empty and very isolated from the rest of the world. It was like I was Tom Hanks in Castaway for a day!!!
