I am currently traveling in search of beautiful permaculture farms to work on and continue learning more about sustainable practices for growing food. I have a background in architecture (my degree) but even stronger backgrounds in yoga and music. I would like to eventually use my design training and permaculture interests to design food forests and help people in the planning stages for their own permaculture projects.

I’m also an empath and energy worker and have a healing practice focused on what I call Energetic Tuning. Please feel free to ask me more about this!

My baby and I are bicycle touring, starting in Los Angeles and open to see how far we get and how long we do it for! I imagine finding the perfect farm by the time we get to Peru, somewhere to take our helmets off for a long time and be super blissful and divine :)

Oh my garden.... I’m a musician and lover of music. Lately, because there are young ears about me, I tend to keep it more instrumental, loving Spanish Classical Guitar, Hindustani sitar/tabla/flute jams, great jazz and other world music. I’m a total bibliophile, like when there isn’t a man (or now, baby) in my bed, there are at least 10 books that find their way wedged between me and whatever cold wall I push my mattress against. But times have changed 👶 Reading is not happening much in my life right now besides my herbal reference books when baby and I are feeling imbalance, but finding lots of time for what I call writing poetry... my poetry doesn’t rhyme, and maybe has the meter of somebody who has spent some time getting lost with the existentialists and dreaming of being a lifetime flaneur, a bit meandering 😝🤗

Fought for my son to be the first preemie ever to leave the NICU on O’ahu solely breastfeeding with no fortification, bottles or anything! I’m a raging naturalist and believe fully in the ability of mind body and soul.

Teach yoga, meditation and how to heal yourself of anything. I’ve studied many aspects of yoga since I was 13 years old, including a most recent stint focusing on Bhakti with some beautiful Big Island Hare Krishnas!

Learn more about anything! I trust the divine flow and we always have reasons for connections and lots to learn and share!

Share yummy vegan and vegetarian (sometimes) foods, yoga, music, massage, love for good and ethically sourced or personally processed raw cacao (luxury of living in the tropics), dancing, love for life!
