Pearl Jam and Eddie Vedder any day! I am not a complete metal head though, I enjoy everything from EDM to Blues :)

I prefer watching movies that have been well received by critics but I also enjoy trashy movies if I have friends around (always a good way to get some laughs even if the genre isn't exactly supposed to deliver comic value ;))

Some of my favorite books are 1984, Catch 22, Animal Farm, Tom Clancy books, the Harry Potter saga, the Hobbit..
