Overview
About Me
Born in Peru raised in the US.
I consider myself an easy-going person, I like to learn about different subject and cultures.
I watch a lot of documentaries on everything from history to quantum physics.
I don't watch tv or listen to the radio, I do read newspapers and magazines.
I have 2 dogs and also take care of stray cats when I can
I'm also very active, besides work, I go to the gym, walk my dogs, play guitar with friends and I am also a member of a photography club
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's definitely not about getting free accommodation as I am open to paying for my stay.
For me, it has to do more with the idea of spending time with real people and learn about their culture, habits, ideas.

Music, Movies, and Books
Rock music is my favorite, I can listen to Led Zeppelin, Jimy Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, and Linkin Park all day. Don't get me wrong I also listen to the Spanish classics like Jose Jose, Luis Miguel, Rocio Durcal.
Not really into Salsa or reggeaton but I don't judge
Shawshank Redemption is my favorite movie of all time, followed by The Godfather I-II and Shrek haha
I don't read too many books, I rather read articles, newspapers.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't think there is one thing that I have done that I would consider amazing.
I'm just a regular guy trying to help where I can.
I donate food and clothes to animal shelters, and I've rescued dogs from the streets.
I help my mom with her bills and try not make my family worry
One thing that I consider neat, when I was 18 years old, after 4 years of art class in high school, I was able to donate a painting to a church and somebody bought it and I donated the money to the church. It was not that much but they got to use it to help the homeless
