ABOUT ME

I am an open minded guy intrigued even by conversions from people with opposing views. I've been called an old soul and laidback countless times, and I like it most of the time. I love to travel and am trying my best to meet the Couch Surfer that hates to travel. I think that would be a hilarious conversation.

I am currently travelling throughout NW Europe on a 5 week trip. I have met some great folks and have reaffirmed that relationships more than miles can take you as far as you want to go. I am grateful for all of the opportunities I've gotten.

I'm a go with the flow type of guy basically because 99 percent of the time things work out! I try to spread happiness wherever I go.

I am currently traveling so I am mainly looking for places to stay, but when I settle into Boston, I plan on hosting alot.

I have hosted one person and attended several Couch Surfer meetings in the Atlanta area.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music, book, and film interests are always influx, but recently I have been really into Nashville rock (American Concord, Faux Ferocious, to name a few). I will always love hip hop though currently we have a love/hate relationship. I'm going to be a statistic and say that Tim O'Brien's The Things They Carried is my favorite book of all time, though I love books that mix music and romance (High Fidelity being my favorite). I'm currently reading Essays on Empathy.

Worked for a grassroots civil society organization that used creative ways to stop illegal evictions in South Africa.
