ABOUT ME

How's it going? Originally from Chicago, I moved to Minneapolis in 2015 to work for a coffee importing company. I do mostly sales and marketing, but I have the opportunity to travel the world and meet people in an industry that is focused on building community.

When I travel, I want to see how people live. Whether it's the next town over, or a completely different continent, everyone has their own cultural uniqueness to offer.

I want to connect with people. In the past, meeting people organically while travelling, I have learned more than any other formal education could offer. I want see how people live, meet their friends, and participate in their favorite activities.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed on a trip to Canada, hosed in my home in Indianapolis.

I'm a student of Latin American studies and comparative political philosophy and am really interested in all the stuff that's going on today around the world. I've gotten really into photography, shooting with my 35mm. Aside from that, I enjoy running, hiking, swimming, good reads, hanging out, relaxing, good coffee, meeting new people, spontaneity, parties,smoothies, rooftops, 'recreational greenery', world peace, wilderness, taxi cab conversation, pecan pie, canoeing, micro-brews, Salvador Dali, art history, angry birds - not the game, live concerts/shows, locomotives, and anything shiny or loud.
