I am curious and try to keep an open mind about things. People find me funny and friendly. Favorite quote said about me by a friend is, "you're fun to go out with, but after talking to you for a while it's evident that you're depressing," so make sure not to let me stay with you for too long! :)

PHILOSOPHY

Keep an open mind - anything could be looked at from different angles. I have a hard time accepting ideas as absolute truths so I don't waste much energy on arguing (unless the mood is right)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Joined the site before an upcoming trip to Austria and vicinity. It would be nice to stay with locals and learn from them instead of having to approach complete strangers. When I come back from my round of travels I would love to host travelers in my house, wherever that might be.

I've been watching a lot of Almodovar lately. Generally I like movies that are unexpected and with good, natural-looking acting.

Love all kinds of music, especially drawn to British rock and Middle Eastern music.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

- Unintentionally traveling in England for 2 weeks with a huge suitcase and without knowing where I'll be sleeping each night. Lots of fun, once you get the hang of it :)
- Driving slowly up the California coastline.
- To be honest, the view from my Redwood City balcony is one of the most beautiful I can remember!
