Hello!

I’m Omer, a recent geological engineering graduate who’s chosen an unconventional path. Instead of diving into a traditional engineering career, I’m currently exploring the world of data analysis while embracing my adventurous side.

While studying at university, I worked as a bartender, where I had the chance to meet many tourists and foreigners. Their stories and experiences inspired me to venture out and explore new countries myself. Now, I’m eager to experience different cultures firsthand and discover what the world has to offer.

When I’m not analyzing data or traveling, you might find me hiking, trying out new cuisines, or engaging in meaningful conversations. I’m always keen to learn from others and connect with people who have unique stories to share.
These days i started to lean play saxophone i wish i can travel with my lovely saxophone a.k.a. Alice. At least i can prepare cocktails in every conditioins, those are what i am passionate about.
I’m excited to immerse myself in local cultures, get some insider tips on the best spots, and make new friends along the way. Looking forward to meeting you and sharing some memorable experiences!

I want to let people taste my own cocktail recipes and teach them how to make cocktails. I aim to create an enjoyable interaction environment by combining the universality of cocktails with the preparation of my own cultural dishes. The kitchen is part of life that brings the unique habits and past experiences of each culture into the present. The flavor on the palate is actually accompanied by our cultural background. Therefore, I believe that sharing is the most valuable foundation.

If you’re up for it, I’d love to share some of my cocktail recipes with you. I can show you how to make them and we can talk about the techniques and ingredients. Also, I could cook a traditional dish from my culture if you’re interested. It’s a great way to experience the flavors and learn a bit about the cultural background behind them. And also My family moved from Greece to Turkey through a population exchange. We are a community that loves to dance, especially at weddings. I’d love to show you how we dance to this music and have you join in.
