About Me
Hey! My name is Omri and I'm 23 🌿
I studied at the Waldorf school, with the best teachers and very good friends. I live in a small village in the north of Israel, very close to nature. I come from a very warm and loving family, who are always supportive of each other.
After school, I volunteered for two years as a teacher at an organic farm that helps underprivileged teenagers learn about farming and growing organic vegetables.
I really like climbing and working with my hands, and I also set up an after-school class to teach children about nature. I know about different edible plants in nature.🍄
So after a great trip around the world and meeting with so many wonderful people! I'm coming home and I'm ready to host you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because I want to meet new people from new countries, and learn more about other cultures :)
Interests
At a young age I went to a special after- school class, where I learned a lot about survival and living in nature.
Also I learned a lot from my dad how to build things from wood and metal, and I want to learn more! 🛠️
But lately the thing that interests me the most is rock climbing and bouldering! It is so much fun to climb in the nature 🐒

Music, Movies, and Books
There are so many! I like Israeli music and classic rock from all the World. Also, I like to read books and see good movies!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to meet a special tribe of people in northern Mongolia who grow (shepherd) Northern Moose, they are far from any city, that in order to reach them, you have to travel for days by car and then another day riding horses! It was an authentic and special experience for me!
Teach, Learn, Share
You can learn so much just from meeting new people.
And it's already happened to me!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach you how to cook a typical Israeli food 🙃
