ABOUT ME

I'm 27 years old, open-minded, positive and easy-going guy, who temporarily lived in Sweden. My real home is Olomouc - one of nicest Czech cities. I love exploring new countries and meeting new people. As I'm getting older, I tend to not only meeting people, but also slowing down with them, having a chat and laughing together. My other interests are sport (especially frisbee ultimate, floorball), scouting, geocaching, music and being with people :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting new people and exploring new countries and cultures... That means I don't want to see only what's interesting for tourists, but I want to talk to people, know places behind and try to feel the culture. And on the other hand I'm happy when I can offer the same about my country and myself.

Interests

Travelling - I desire to explore not only monuments and countrysides of the countries but mainly the culture, way of living and people who live in the country.
Scouting - Leave this world a little better than you found it (L.B. Powell)
Sport - All kinds of sport (Frisbee, Ice hockey, Curling, Floorball, Kayak... ... ... )
Backpacking,hiking & camping - do you know the moment you put the backpack on your back, close the doors and make the first step to your new adventure? That's what I like. The moment, when you can switch your mind and focus only on the journey :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I'm really happy when I can sing and play the guitar with my friends , but it's just for fun and enjoying the time.. I'm not a professional musician :-)
I prefer melodic music - for example film soundtracks - so I can say: Yann Tiersen, Hans Zimmer, John Williams or Howard Shore.
Movies: that's hard... LOTR, Inception, Princess Mononoke... I think Nolan's movies are good choice for rainy Sunday afternoons :-)
Books: even harder, but I have to mention Alchemist and Veronika decides to die from Paulo Coelho.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've reached the summit of 5672 meters height volcano - in Iran :-)
I've seen northern lights... that's wonderful show !
