I recently moved to AZ and I have a 3 bedroom house. I can accommodate 1-2 guests comfortably in either of my spare rooms.

I have a big back yard and a comfortable house in a peaceful neighborhood. House is located in the border of Tempe and Phoenix and it is 3 miles from Arizona State University main campus. But its physical address is Phoenix. My house is in front of a bus stop (line 48), which takes you to Tempe Downtown. I am also 10-15 minutes to Phoenix, and 30 minutes to Scottsdale.

There is a grocery store (Fry's), a family owned Chinese restaurant, a pizza place (Little Caesar's) right across the street.

I am hosting to utilize my empty room and meet with people around the world.
