Hello, I'm traveling around the world now. I want to experience more things through this trip and become a better person with a wide range of knowledge.

I've been traveling for about 3 months now, and I've been thinking about what I like. It's much more fun for me to meet new friends, talk with them, hang out with them, and cook with them than to look around famous tourist attractions.

I am really interested in how different people around the world live. I'll be very happy if you tell me about your life :)
Also I'll tell you about myself.
I think there're a lot of things we talk about!

February 2023, I finished my duty in the Army for 18 months. And I worked in a construction site to prepare this travel. I want to travel around the world, meet various people, and experience how they live in person.

I usually travel without a plan, so I will be able to fit what you want as much as possible. If there's anything you want to do with me, I'll be happy to do it with you.

When I go back to Korea after this trip, I will definitely host people. Just as the hosts I met gave me unforgettable experiences, I want to be that person to others...! I'm already excited just imagining it haha

Philosophy
Golden rule.
It's a word that I like and I try to keep.
"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see up close what kind of life the locals of the country I travel to live.

And when I get my house, I really want to share my house with travelers.

Interests

I love everything about food!!
Actually, I'm traveling for my experience of food.
Trying various dishes and beverages(also alcohol too), cooking, visiting local restaurants, and trying spices I've never seen.

And I love listening to music.
Especially, Rock music. I love Rock, and I love people who likes rock music.
Sometimes, I spend many hours digging up indie songs.
Also, I love many genres, too. Like classic, jazz, old pops, etc...

I love games. Especially video games and board games.
If you have any game we play, we can do it together. I'll do it passionately.

Schindler list, Blade runner, About time, Life is beautiful, Tenet were also I love.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just a few months ago, I completed 18 months of compulsory service in the Army.
My job was managing explosives as a military engineer.

When I was in the army, I went through a very hard time because I haven't been home for eight months. There was no delicious food, no alcohol, nothing to enjoy. At that time, I made a lot of alcohol under my bed without anyone knowing. Even there were 8 roommates in room!

And I also worked at a big construction site to build an Internet data center. I was a worker who installing huge electrical devices. It was a dangerous job working at a high place.

I can teach Korean and how to make Korean foods briefly

I want to learn new recipes! I only know how to make some Korean foods and some pastas. I want to expand my recipe list.
Also, I want to be more fluent in English. And want to know some words and phrases of country I'm traveling

What I Can Share with Hosts

If there is a place where I can buy basic Korean cooking ingredients, I can cook for you. And if you have an interest in Korean, I can teach you a little bit.

And if you like music, we can share each other's playlist!
