Overview
About Me
This is Orçun! I consider myself as a person of passion as well as a learning enthusiast. I'm currently a college student in Istanbul studying International Relations and Economics.
I admire traveling really much! Therefore I see my lifelong passion as to meet up with new people and listen to their stories.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe in the real value of traveling somewhere while being able to get to know the people there better than ever. In that regard, I would like to go beyond a touristic experience and be able to feel and understand what that place is really all about. That's the essence of my reason for Couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to music, I love classical, alternative, indie and rap mostly. I definitely hate to express my liking preferences through a couple of genres, I try my best to treat my ears with new and diverse stuff as possible.
Reading is what I do to keep my mental balance, and I mostly read stuff related to history, politics, and philosophy. I love reading what is recommended to me as well. You may check out my Goodreads profile to learn more about me and my kinda books.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach the languages that I speak, specifically being Turkish and English. If someone wishes to learn more about political science, economics or psychology; I think I'm pretty capable of providing some great material for these subjects as well. Places that I travel, people that I met and all the other remarkable memories left great marks on myself which I would surely be satisfied expressing to another. Basically, I'm a person that believes the power of giving back and sharing.
I consider myself as a learning enthusiast. Anything that I don't already know (basically a loooooot!), I would be more than happy to learn without any preference of subject being.
